Is the valve that automatically releases pressure at the outlet of the chemical dosing pump a safety valve? How do you manage it?

Here, it is managed as a pressure relief valve; since it is used in moving equipment that is not a pressure vessel, it is not inspected on a regular basis, and there isn’t even a record of it kept.
