The newly repaired pump can no longer pump pressure. Mechanically sealed water pump. Two units were connected in parallel, and the pressure on the official website actually dropped after starting. At first I thought the motor wires were connected backwards. After starting, the current was more than 7.1A and the rated current was 11.1A. The electrician said the wires were not moving. The gas was also released. I really can’t think of the reason. Have you ever encountered it? Solve
Check the inlet pipeline to see if there is any blockage or failure of the inlet valve to lose its head. It is easy to judge whether the wrong wire is connected. Move the pump a little to see if the direction matches the pump's direction mark.
Is there any air that has not been discharged from the repaired pump?
Two reasons: 1. Pump cavitation and the outlet pipeline is too open. 2. Pump mechanical problems.
Before commissioning, jog to confirm whether the steering is correct. A check valve should be added to the pump outlet.
The pipeline pump should be easy to handle: Confirm motor rotation? Is there corrosion on the pump casing? Is there any problem with the valve in front of the pump?
There is also the problem of excessive exhaust and the clogging of the inlet valve. The other problems are obviously that the current load is not increased.
First, let the electrician check the circuit. If there is no problem, make sure there is no problem with the machine and whether the impeller back cap is tight. Then check whether the inlet pipeline is connected well and whether the inlet gasket is not fastened. Open the pump again in sequence. Open the inlet and outlet, prime the pump, close the outlet, crank, start, and slowly open the outlet valve after the pump outlet pressure gauge has pressure. It should be fine.

Just take out the machine cleaning cloth placed in the outlet pipe and it'll be fine~~~~
The motor wiring is not moved - the pipeline pump was installed in the wrong direction during maintenance!
