At the location where acetic acid is unloaded in our factory, the road surface is constantly corroded by the leaked acetic acid, as well as the foundations of the mechanical pumps. How do you guys prevent corrosion in such situations? Give some advice.
Sealant treatment is applied at the unloading location and on the pump foundation; it’s not clear whether fiberglass can resist corrosion by acetic acid.
