1. Starting the pump with no load is strictly prohibited; there must be fluid inside the pump when it is started. The medium being transported must not contain ferrous impurities. II. Magnetic pump startup procedure: 1. Fully open the valve on the inlet pipeline (Note: Close the outlet valve of the standby pump). 2. The opening degree of the valve on the outlet pipeline should be 1/3 of its normal opening degree ； 3. Start the motor (5 minutes after the inlet pipeline valve is opened) ； 4. Slowly open and adjust the valve of the outlet pipeline ； 5. Adjust the outlet valve until the normal operating pressure is reached ； (Adjust the inlet valve if necessary) ； 6. To ensure the pump operates properly, it should be operated within its allowable range. III. Shutdown procedure for magnetic pump: When shutting down the pump, first close the outlet valve of the pump, then turn off the power supply, and finally close the inlet valve of the pump. IV. Precautions during the operation of magnetic pump: 1. It is absolutely not allowed to operate a magnetic pump when there is no liquid flow, or when the valves in the inlet and outlet pipelines are closed, as this will cause the sliding bearings to be damaged. 2. It must operate in synchronization with the motor; if the pump fails (with very low head), it indicates that the maximum torque of the magnetic coupling has been exceeded, and long-term operation under unsuitable conditions should be avoided. 3. Under normal operating conditions, if vibration, excessive noise, and an increase in power occur, it indicates that the bearings are worn out and should be inspected immediately. 4. If there are solid particles in the medium, a filter screen should be installed at the pump inlet to prevent damage or puncturing of the isolation sleeve.
