[Regarding cables] When connecting the motor of an industrial pump to cables, such as 3-core cables with a cross-sectional area of 6 square millimeters or 16 square millimeters, is it better to use rigid cables like YJV, or flexible cables like YC or RVV? Is there any distinction based on voltage or power applications? Which one is more suitable, or can both soft and hard ones be used? I still haven’t figured out which prefix model of cable to use; I’m seeking advice from experts in this area.
For the cables connecting the motor of industrial pumps, rigid YJV cables are recommended, as they possess good voltage resistance and aging resistance, making them more suitable for fixed installations. If movement or frequent bending is required, soft wires such as YC or RVV can be considered. .
