Let’s enhance our awareness of quality and promote high-quality development. ----------------------------------------- On June 13, 2021, Shandong Qinghe Chemical Technology Co., Ltd.’s new project for producing chemical raw materials through residue oil cracking successfully produced its first batch of petroleum coke, with efficient coke removal. This marked the successful operation of China’s highest-pressure hydraulic coke removal system, which has now been tested in practice. The hydraulic coking removal system associated with this project is the highest-pressure hydraulic coking removal system of its kind in China to date. The designed flow rate of the water used for coking removal is over 300 m3/h, with a pressure of nearly 35 MPa. It consists of a high-pressure coking removal water pump, coking removal control valves, a water turbine reducer, drill pipe assemblies, and a coking cutter ; The core equipment, namely the high-pressure coking water pump, is a product from Heavy Pump Company; it features frequency conversion control, and the motor, gearbox, pump, and instruments are supplied as a unit on a common base. The “SDZ300-400” high-pressure coking water pump produced by Chongpu Company features a high-speed, core-extraction type double-shell design, symmetrically arranged impellers, a labyrinth-type combined seal, and an ultra-long integral base. These design elements effectively address issues such as high flow rates and pressures required for coking water treatment on-site, unbalanced axial forces under varying operating conditions, erosion caused by solid particles, and eccentricity of the pump’s main shaft system. The pump operates smoothly during coking processes, with all parameters such as flow rate, pressure, vibration, noise, and temperature rise meeting or exceeding the design specifications, which has resulted in great satisfaction among users. The advanced design concepts, excellent product quality, fast and efficient service, as well as the corporate culture of \"shared prosperity\" demonstrated by Zhongpu Company during the supply of core equipment for China’s highest-pressure hydraulic coking removal systems fully align with Qinghe Chemical’s development strategy of building a modern integrated petrochemical enterprise group focused on high-end chemical products.
