I encountered a situation recently. Please help Haiyou analyze it. We have a metering pump and we plan to use it. After that, there seemed to be no exhaust link. We changed it to a rubber hose, and then made a bypass exhaust, but recently the problem came. The pipe is at the corner of the second floor. Liquids and gases fluctuate up and down. What is the problem? Maybe our exhaust place should be set at a high place. Is this situation directly related to the lift of the pump?
Diaphragm metering pump? Or a pneumatic pump?
The metering pump does not measure. 1. The inlet liquid level is too low. 2. The one-way valve is damaged. It is possible that the small ball inside is corroded, causing the one-way valve to get stuck. 3. There is gas in the pump. Drain the lubricating oil. Re-fuel while cranking to drain the gas. 4. Replace the packing.
