Vacuum pump oil leakage and pressure relief

The vacuum pump on the film pressing machine is leaking oil from the black hole area; there is no pressure, so the film cannot be drawn in. Does that expert know what the reason is?

To search for the model, this is a vane-type (also known as sliding-vane type) vacuum pump; oil should circulate inside the pump in order to create a vacuum – it shouldn’t be discharged outside. Faults in abnormal conditions are generally easy to diagnose. It is presumed that there is a problem with the shaft seal; is there a schematic diagram available?

In our town, there are printing factories everywhere; there are many of these vacuum pumps. They leak oil due to poor sealing, and there isn’t enough working fluid, so the vacuum level cannot be increased
