I still remember it was 10 years ago when I first joined the company; it was January 10th, and it was very cold. The supervisor took me to prevent freezing of the water-ring vacuum pumps (the company’s vacuum pumps are mostly located outdoors). Remove the flange of the water inlet pipe to disconnect the water supply. Remove the two plug screws of the pump, drain all the water inside it, and then rotate the pump. It was also said that the pump must be insulated, as it freezes easily in winter. Seven years have passed in the blink of an eye. Time flies so fast.
