Horizontal motors are generally fixed with four bolts, and the gaskets pressed under each bolt form a group. The number of gaskets in this group cannot exceed 4 pieces. It is better to have a deviation of 1.2mm. One shim each of 1mm and 0.2mm can be used, but six 0.2mm shims cannot be used.
According to maintenance procedures, if there are too many gaskets, it is easy to make errors and cause vibration.
Could you please tell me the specific standard requirements?
1. The maximum number of spacers used for the supporting feet of any equipment cannot exceed 5. 2. Each support foot of the movable machine is equipped with a minimum 3 mm (0.125 inch) 300 series stainless steel spacer. Spacer arrangement height must not exceed 12 mm (0.5 inches) maximum.
