The screw pump fails to build pressure

The stator and rotor of the screw pump have just been replaced, and the motor coupling is in good condition; yet no pressure can be generated. When the pump is tested with clean water, there is pressure, but no pressure is present once the inlet valve is opened. What could be the reason?
Check the inlet pipe carefully, and also take a look at properties such as the viscosity of the medium. . .
Has the motor been flipped? Is the meshing clearance between the rotor and stator normal?
The filter screen is clogged, so the medium can’t get in.

Is the conveying medium too viscous? Also, has it been confirmed that the inlet is properly open, with no occurrence of the gate plate falling off?
