Who has the ACD cryopump drawings?

The resistance value measured for the bearing heating wire of the TC30 labyrinth-sealed centrifugal pump in each unit is 550 ohms. After consulting the manufacturer, it was stated that the heating wire is damaged, and repairing it on-site is very complicated; they suggested that we send the pump back to the factory for repair. I’m asking those who know more – does anyone have videos or tutorials on how to replace the heating wire, so that we can use them as a reference?
