The second of the ten \"tortures\" of pumps: hunger – never performing maintenance on the pump or replacing its lubricant/oil. Like vehicles, pumps require regular and periodic maintenance. Third of the ten “tortures” of pumps: Suffocation 1. Too low inlet liquid level ; 2. The inlet pipe for drawing source water is unclean and prone to blockage ; 3. The temperature of the medium being transported has increased, but the inlet pressure has not increased ; All of this will cause your pump to suffer from the pain of \"suffocation\". Fourth of the ten \"tortures\" of pumps: Frying. Keeping your pump running under closed-valve conditions for a long time, with no bypass system, results in all of the system’s energy being wasted on \"heating\" the water. The pump is like something working in an oil pan, constantly being \"tortured\". The fifth of the ten \"tortures\" of pumps: Poisoning – altering the medium being pumped without the consent of the equipment manufacturer. And this medium may corrode the pump’s casing material. Sixth of the ten \"tortures\" of pumps: Penetration. For source water with a high sediment content or of poor quality, no filtration or sedimentation equipment is installed. These solid particles continuously scour the pump chamber, reducing the actual service life of the pump. Seven of the ten \"tortures\" of pumps: Disassembly. Due to blockages at the outlet or excessive pressure at the inlet, the actual outlet pressure of the water pump ends up being much higher than its maximum tolerance, causing the pump to explode. The eighth of the ten \"tortures\" of pumps: trampoline effect. All pumps are installed on the same rigid foundation, or the foundation is too weak and cannot provide sufficient strength to suppress the vibration generated during operation; as a result, the pumps keep \"jumping\" around, just like on a trampoline. Nine of the ten \"tortures\" of pumps: Drowning – The pump is in a humid environment before it is installed and calibrated ; Or after the pump starts operating, the drainage ditch gets blocked, leaving the electrical components of the pump exposed to moisture for an extended period. The tenth of the ten \"tortures\" of pumps: Cold water pumps never receive enough attention. Users fail to inspect and maintain the pumps as required by the manufacturer, replace the seal or packing infrequently or not at all, fail to repaint the pumps, and do not check for vibrations, which leads to the pumps developing minor issues that eventually turn into serious problems that cannot be resolved.
