How to install DN200 pipeline pump?

We want to purchase a pipeline pump installed on the pipeline, but the department leader said that DN200 pipeline pumps have a foundation and cannot be connected to the flange alone. Do any of you sea friends know?
If the foundation bolts are not tightened, vibration during startup will affect the pump performance.

The N200 pipeline pump needs to have a basic foundation, and small pumps do not need it.
Household pipeline pumps are very small and do not require any foundation. You must have a foundation for this. The picture shows the flexible connection foundation (with vibration isolator) and the rigid connection foundation of the pipeline pump. All require a foundation.
Well, the pump is too big, so it’s not appropriate to mount it on the flange. It’s fine if it’s below DN50.
If the DN200 pipeline pump does not use a foundation, it will probably fly.
What kind of foundation is needed? If the four bolt holes are not used as foundations, then just drill 4 holes in the floor, lock the inlet and outlet flange pipes, then drill 4 expansion screws and weld them tightly.
