Centrifugal pumps are governed by standards such as GB16907, GB5656, and GB5657. Which standard should be chosen depending on the application? Thank you~

What I come into contact with on a daily basis is API610. I just did some research on those few GB standards mentioned by the original poster, and it turns out they refer to the differences between categories I, II, and III. As I understand it, it should go from Category III to Category I, with the relevant technical requirements becoming increasingly stringent. When discussing technical specifications, we usually require adherence to API610 (with each version having its own advantages). Relatively speaking, the higher the manufacturing standards for pumps, the better – though this also means higher prices. It ultimately depends on whether the client can afford such costs; after all, in business, you get what you pay for. I asked for a pump with Audi-level performance, but the budget available was only enough to cover the cost of an Atoz – that’s not fair. :lol:lol:lol
