There is no suction in the inlet pipeline of the centrifugal pump

Guys, could you help figure this out? The centrifugal pump and the inlet pipeline are located at the bottom of a 50-liter tank. I want to add liquid into the tank through a drain port on the inlet pipeline, but instead of suction, the liquid sprays out from that drain port. Guys, please help me understand what’s going on.

By \"attractive force,\" you must be referring to negative pressure; there is certainly static water pressure at the bottom of the tank
It’s still simpler to add it at the outlet of the centrifugal pump, and a positive displacement pump has to be used.
