The pump has no flow rate and the pressure is very high

New pump head, using the original old motor. I just started using it; there’s no flow, but the pressure is very high. I’ve checked the pipes and they seem fine. What could be the problem?
Has the outlet pipeline been checked? Is the outlet check valve installed in the wrong direction?
What pump? Positive-displacement pumps are relatively simple; it’s just that there’s an obstruction somewhere in the outlet pipeline
The pressure is high but there is no flow; I think the issue might be with the outlet flow meter Is the opening degree of the outlet valve still small?
What was said upstairs about the check valve being installed in the wrong direction makes sense; otherwise, it’s either because the outlet valve isn’t open, or the flow meter is broken
If there is pressure, there must be flow; find a drain in the outlet pipeline and check to see if there is indeed flow, then examine carefully whether there are any blockages in the outlet pipeline.
