Broken shaft of centrifugal pump

It operated smoothly with no noise during the initial period of use. After some time, it suddenly started vibrating and the noise increased. After disassembly, it appears as follows:
Is the fracture located in the middle of the double-suction impeller?
Yes, the middle position. Flow rate: 2100; Yang Cheng: 64 meters. It is equipped with a 710-kilowatt, class 6, 10 KV high-voltage motor
It’s very likely that there is a problem with the material itself. Did the shaft that was replaced later break as well?
The fracture is located in the middle of the impeller shaft sleeve – is it cavitation?

On our end, the pump’s shaft broke due to the technical modification that involved adding a small drive unit, resulting in overloading
