The manufacturer came and checked, but was unable to find the cause
Alkaline solutions can easily cause jamming in the check valve internals.
Why remove the gearbox? Can you tell if there is a problem with the reciprocating mechanism at the plunger rod? If there’s no problem with the gearbox, it’s still the same three components: check valve, oil filler, and diaphragm
What specific materials are needed, what flow rate is required, what output can be achieved, and whether the travel distance is sufficient
Alkaline solutions tend to crystallize; check whether there is crystallization at the pump inlet.
The inlet is blocked; clean the filter, dilute it with a weak solution, or heat it with steam. It is determined that if the pipeline is unobstructed, then the issue lies with the pump inlet flange and the pump itself; it’s probably a problem with the pump inlet pipeline. The lack of pressure has nothing to do with the check valve at the outlet. Also, if the export pipeline is empty, it takes some time to build up pressure; it’s not possible to reach the normal pressure right away once the pump is started – one has to wait. The outlet can be opened for venting to check if any material comes out.
