Lubrication of three-screw pumps

I would like to ask everyone: For the triple-screw pumps used in our company for transporting oil, the pump bearings are generally lubricated with grease once a month; additionally, lubrication is also applied when the temperature reaches 80°C, although this has not happened yet. I always feel that the lubrication is not good enough, which affects the bearing’s lifespan. Are there any relevant standards, especially regarding the interval between lubricant applications and the amount to be added each time? Thank you all for your help
Another factor affecting bearing life is the outlet pressure; if axial balance is not adequate, a high pressure results in greater axial forces, which affects the bearing’s lifespan
You could consider installing an automatic grease filler, which can be adjusted according to the frequency at which you need to add grease.
It’s not only lubrication that affects the lifespan of bearings; what was said on the second floor makes sense. Also, how much lubricant should be added each time? Are there any requirements? It’s not enough to just add it; if too much is added, an excess of grease can cause high temperatures, so it’s necessary to remove the old grease regularly!
