What measures are generally taken to insulate pumps? Is steam used for heating inside the interlayer?
Jacket heating is quite common; electric heating is also used when the temperature is low

In my understanding, pump insulation mainly involves wrapping it with electric heating elements and adding an insulating layer on the outside.
