Pump selection issue

Operating conditions: The medium is wastewater with a solid content of <100 mg/L and particle size of <1 mm. The IH chemical pump should be used, made of ductile iron, with a rotation speed of 2900. I would like to ask if this selection is appropriate?

It is recommended to consider a “slurry pump”. The wear of the pump caused by impurities also needs to be considered.
It’s important to know what the solid is; mud should be fine, but sand with high hardness won’t work
The wastewater is not sludge; it’s mainly water. A centrifugal pump is sufficient, and no slurry pump is needed. However, it’s recommended to use a material with high durability, as this will extend its lifespan
