Combing tooth seal leakage

There is a leakage in the comb-tooth seal of the SO2 fan – are there any good ways to resolve this?
Perform a disassembly inspection, or replace the new comb tooth seal.
After replacing it with a new one, there was no effect. It seems to be leaking even more badly. Is there a good solution?
Have you not considered changing to another type of seal? Such as magnetohydromagnets, floating rings, dry gas, and so on
Dry gas seals are too expensive. I haven’t considered the others yet. Are magnetic ring seals effective?

The space between the two comb teeth is much larger than the gap between the shaft and the comb teeth. As the air flow leaks from high pressure to low pressure, it undergoes an ideal throttling process at each gap between the shafts and comb teeth in the nitrogen production equipment; as a result, its pressure and temperature decrease while its speed increases. However, this increased speed forms vortices upon reaching the next space, after which it disappears. In that space, the speed can be converted into pressure energy, thereby reducing the pressure difference on either side of the comb teeth and decreasing the amount of leakage. (Check the rotor)
