Isn’t a submersible shielded electric pump just a submersible pump?
What is generally referred to as a submersible pump has its hydraulic section submerged under the liquid, while its drive section remains above the liquid; whereas an immersion pump features both the motor and the pump submerged under the liquid.
According to the second floor, submersible shield pumps are indeed also types of submersible pumps. Nowadays, whether it’s Huanyou, Empire, or Haimi, their submersible pumps all come in the form of submersible pumps. However, in shielded pumps, the hydraulic section can also be placed underwater while the motor section remains above water; but the effect of this on reducing cavitation is not significant, so it is not widely used!
