How does the Aijen Luoci blower (blower for transporting mixed granules) adjust the impeller meshing clearance through gear installation?
For further clarification, the gear on the non-driven side of the Aijen Luozi fan does not have keys, and the shaft end is tapered

1. First, fix one of the rotors. Usually, the drive shaft is fixed first to maintain its position – the principle is that gear fixation is achieved using expansion sleeves for adjusting the rotor (if expansion sleeves are used in all cases, then generally the drive end is fixed)； 2. First, rotate the adjustable rotor to one side until it can no longer move, and mark a scale line corresponding to a certain position on the pump; then rotate the rotor to the other side until it can no longer move, and mark another scale line. Next, use an angular micrometer to measure the total travel angle – half of this angle represents the installation position to which the rotor has rotated. Then secure it. 3. Install the gear expansion sleeve — make sure the gears mesh in the correct rotation direction, and then secure it in place. 4. OK.

Also, our fans are now of the fifth generation; they use 25% less energy than ordinary Roots fans. So we can retire those second-generation fans after making some repairs to them. :handshake
