Vibration changes in the reducer of the circulating water fan

After normal startup, reducer A of the circulating water fan is operating properly； When the load increases, the vibration levels exceed the acceptable range; once the load exceeds a certain level, the vibration returns to normal ； The spare machine has been replaced, but the same issue persists. What causes the above situation and how can it be resolved? Please help discuss this.
