Is this way of installing the pump in line with the specifications?
As long as it is not smaller than the pump inlet, it will work.
The foundation of the pump may not be fully compliant; it is possible to request a calculation document regarding vibration prevention for the pump. Since the pump is a rotating device, it is best to use a separate steel beam for it, as otherwise it will cause the steel beam to vibrate, which can have negative effects on noise levels and safety. The process piping seems to be fine
Your foundation is quite unique; for pump inlets on-site, we usually make them flush at the top or at the bottom
