The TRG gauge of the shielded pump is in the yellow zone

The Empire F41-417H4BM shielded pump, 3 years old since leaving the factory, recently showed a TRG reading in the yellow zone during water testing. Upon disassembly, it was found that the shaft bending was 0.02 mm; the gap between the graphite bearing and the shaft sleeve was 0.15 mm, with an ellipticity of 0.008 mm. The axial movement was between 1.8 and 2.5 mm. What is the reason for the reading being in the yellow zone?
If the gap is within the standard range, try another gauge

What do the manufacturers in the empire say? Also, I personally think it’s still a problem with the graphite bearings.
Check the G value of the pump factory; have the manufacturer explain it
A yellow zone indicates that the rotor is eccentric. The graphite bearings in the empire’s pumps wear out over time
If the size is within a reasonable range and it appears in the yellow zone, TRG should be considered first; it’s possible that the transmitter is being interfered with by the frequency converter, especially since the same phenomenon occurs with all 3 units
