What type of pump should be used for super-viscous asphalt, heavy oil and carbon black mixed fluids, and semi-solid fluids? Do anyone have any suggestions? When the operating temperature is above 100°C, if the asphalt/heavy oil/black carbon mixture is not transported away in a timely manner, buildup and blockages will occur at the bottom of the containers and in the pipes, resulting in the paralysis of the transportation system. Especially for parking, maintenance, and cleaning, it is also troublesome to open the pipe ends/manholes to remove solidified substances.
A return line is installed; the pump body and all pipelines are equipped with jacketed heating, and a temperature measurement system for remote transmission is provided on the pump body. A diesel flushing line also needs to be installed at the pump inlet. Mechanical stirring inside the tank.
Choose a mortar pump from the UHB series.
A positive displacement pump should definitely be chosen, with a screw pump being the preferred option.
