May I ask if the pipe on the right side in the diagram is the balance pipe?

The two pipes leading out are flush pipes; what is the purpose of the pipe connected to the pump cover at the inlet on the right side of the diagram?

If it is a multi-stage pump, it should be a balance pipe
By reducing the pressure in the sealing chamber on the non-driving side, then why isn’t a similar mechanism provided on the driving side?
Because the inlet pressure acting on the drive-side seal is low
Because the sealing chamber on the drive side is located at the pump’s suction inlet, the chamber pressure is equal to the inlet pressure
It is to balance the pressures within the sealing chamber on the non-driving side and that in the sealing chamber on the driving side, so as to keep the axial thrust in equilibrium
It seems that this position is exactly where the balancing components should be
