My workshop has just had new pumps installed, of the two-stage double-support type. There is no pressure in the 32 system at the coupling end; flow is present, and even after installing new seals, the pressure cannot be maintained on the white oil side.
You mean PLAN52, right? Check API682 first!
The primary impeller is under negative pressure, and there is slight leakage from the mechanical seal.
For the vacuum tower, it’s at most 0.1 I guess
Where does the external flushing medium and the power source come from? Generally, there is a orifice plate before sealing at position 32; how could there be no pressure? There is pressure in the sealing chamber as well
Does it come with a white oil tank? It features double-end face oil film sealing, and a low-pressure gas pipeline is connected to the top. Under normal operation, the pressure gauge on the white oil tank shows no pressure; however, if the seal containing the internal medium leaks, the fluid will leak into the white oil tank, and then the pressure gauge on the tank will show pressure. Nitrogen is connected to the top of the white oil tank to apply pressure inside it; a decrease in the white oil level indicates a leakage in the sealing medium. If white oil leaks from the seal, it means there is a leakage in the external white oil seal. You can introduce the types of sealing and the flushing plan; we can all help analyze it together
