First of all, this concept of “wear and cracking” doesn’t hold up. Such machine seals can be installed in the same way they are removed. I’m afraid it’s caused by the rise in temperature due to lack of cooling.
For non-enclosed double-end seals, the shaft sleeve is usually equipped with holes for positioning and locking pins or positioning steps, allowing it to be assembled and fixed in place accordingly.
