Currently, two technologies developed by the repair center – namely, a \"device for creating a sealing structure at the intersection of three pipes during leak sealing under pressure\" and an \"installation device for crankcase bearings\" – have been granted utility model patents by the **Intellectual Property Office**. It is reported that the two patented technologies show significant effectiveness in pressure-containing leak sealing and the replacement of crankcase bearings in medium-pressure liquid nitrogen pumps in methanol air separation units, respectively. The use of a crankcase liner installation device not only improves work efficiency but also reduces maintenance costs. In addition, the center is making accelerated efforts to develop semi-automatic circle-cutting machine technology as well as various minor improvement projects. Over the past two years, the maintenance center has taken \"reducing maintenance costs, improving maintenance quality, innovating maintenance methods, and standardizing maintenance processes\" as its goals. It has focused on promoting advanced innovative concepts and working methods in maintenance activities, and by carrying out technological innovation, research projects, QC activities, and patent applications, it has helped to enhance professional technical skills, achieving tangible results.
