Diaphragm couplings are produced according to the manufacturer’s own standards; one can simply turn to the original manufacturer or replace the entire unit with one from another manufacturer. The one that is widely used and of good quality in China is Wuxi Chuangming.
These things always happen: when purchasing parts, one insists on knowing the model of that part as well as certain standards, but really there’s no need for such hassle. Just provide the device name, device model, and accessory name.

JB/T 9147 includes the materials as well as the relevant standards. However, it is still useful as a reference for first-time purchases, but it isn’t very useful if one only wants to buy spare parts, as products with high-quality nameplates have higher requirements than this, and lower-quality brands don’t even meet such standards. So it’s important to choose a good supplier for the first purchase – for example, manufacturers based in Wuxi or Dalian. If you really want to buy spare parts, pay special attention to the material of the diaphragm, as well as the precision of the machining of the outer diameter of the connecting bolts and their anti-loosening features. Specify the technical requirements clearly; understanding managers will grasp what’s needed.
In addition to JB9147, this standard can also be referred to: JB ZQ 4717-2006 Diaphragm couplings for heavy machinery. However, both the diaphragm and the fastening elements are specially treated; knowing only the materials is not sufficient – it is up to the coupling supplier to decide on these details
I think the dimensions are a bit confusing; it’s better to measure them yourself before contacting the manufacturer
