On November 14, Depam held a launch event for the new Knyrova rotary pump; this next-generation rotary pump with ultra-high flow rates and pressure features significant innovations in terms of principle, structure, and performance, representing such advancements for the first time in China. At present, China’s domestic rotor pump industry chain lacks completeness, with a relatively small overall scale; key equipment relies mainly on imports. Customers are unable to find suppliers within the country who can meet their needs, and after much research, they ultimately chose Depam, a company known for its willingness to take risks and act decisively. This rotary pump has a maximum flow rate of 300 m³/h, a maximum pressure of 1.8 MPa, a maximum operating temperature of 300°C, and can handle viscosities up to 2 million cP. Compared to traditional pumps, its transfer process is more stable and smooth. Nationwide, it is the equivalent of the “Rolls-Royce” in the field of rotor pumps. The introduction of this ultra-high-flow, ultra-high-pressure rotor pump not only provides a technological backbone to help China’s petrochemical industry overcome the barriers to high-quality development, but it also sets a benchmark as the first standard for rotor pumps in this industry. The successful development and production of this rotor pump capable of operating under high temperature, high pressure, and high flow rates, and its leadership in the industry, are the result of the Knirova team’s willingness to take on projects that others dare not undertake, and their ability to achieve results that others cannot accomplish.
