1. With a single-face assembled seal, leakage occurs after turning the shaft; however, normal operation is restored after turning it at a different angle. 2. With a double-face assembled seal, leakage occurs intermittently during operation in an irregular manner, and normal operation is resumed after brief periods of leakage
Is it related to traffic and medium?
Is the rotor shifting? Is the compression amount of the static and dynamic rings of the mechanical seal incorrect?
Haven’t encountered this kind of problem before! Is the system pressure unstable?
Single sealing uses condensate oil, while double sealing uses wax oil in multi-stage pump seal oil pumps
No shaft play was observed; the compression amount achieved by the manufacturer of the modular seal
The seal oil pressure of multi-stage pumps remains relatively stable
It’s normal; this happens often. It’s related to the machine cover.
1. The sealing surface is not perpendicular to the axis; 2. There is medium or coking on the end face; 3. In the case of multiple springs, the springs do not float evenly. 4. The shaft runout at the sealing area is high; these are the only possibilities I can think of. Please correct me if I’m wrong
