1. Magnetic pumps should be installed horizontally and not vertically; the plastic pump body must not bear the weight of the pipelines. In cases where vertical installation is required for special reasons, the motor must face upward. 2. When the liquid level at the suction point is above the pump’s axis, it is sufficient to open the valve in the suction pipeline before starting the pump; if the liquid level is below the pump’s axis, a bottom valve must be installed in the pipeline. 3. Before using the pump, it should be inspected to ensure that the motor blades rotate smoothly, without any jamming or abnormal noises, and that all fasteners are tightened properly. 4. Check whether the motor rotation direction matches the orientation markings of the magnetic pump. 5. After the motor starts, slowly open the discharge valve; once the pump is in normal operation, adjust the discharge valve to the desired opening degree. 6. Before stopping the pump, the discharge valve should be closed first, followed by the suction pipe valve.
