The main problems are excessive current levels and material polymerization. We have already carried out repairs three times since noon; each time, the temperature at the cooling end was too high, resulting in material polymerization on the graphite bearings. Do any of you have any suggestions on how to solve this issue? Is it a process-related problem or something else? The shielded pump is shown in the figure
If there is no issue with the design of the shielded pump, this situation can generally be attributed to two reasons: 1) The medium vaporizes, causing the filter to become clogged and thus preventing proper cooling and lubrication of the bearings; 2. It is the unclean materials containing solid particle impurities that cause the bearing to fail.

For the polymerization of your material, I recall that it starts at temperatures above 40°C, with the fastest polymerization rate occurring at 60–70°C. Based on your diagram, if your material is already in a medium at 60–70°C, then upon entering the graphite bearings without any cooling, a reaction will definitely occur in those graphite bearings. Moreover, shielded pumps are not very suitable for transporting materials containing particles; I think your material also contains a lot of powdered substances, just like ours
For self-circulating shielded pumps, the autopolymerization conditions for acrylic are too low; use reverse circulation or external cooling instead...
We also use shielded pumps to transport acrylic, and we have never encountered any problems

If the current exceeds the limit, it may be because the density of the material was not taken into account during selection; if the motor is too small, considering using a larger motor could be an option.
Check whether the clearance at the cooling end is too small, resulting in increased heat generation and thus worsening of polymerization
