Where has the oil in the pump’s oil cup gone?

The oil in the pump oil cup isn’t being retained; a few hours later, the oil in the cup is completely gone. I don’t know what’s causing this Please, experts, give some advice. Thank you. As shown in the picture, it’s the oil cup
Is oil leaking from the bearing cover area?
Remove the oil cup and check whether the oil level reaches the cross bracket inside it; if it doesn’t, it means the oil level in the bearing box is low. If the level is above the cross bracket, it may be due to a leak in the oil cup itself.
Which cross bracket? I don’t see it anywhere
In the diagram showing the oil cups separated, it’s the galvanized component on the far right; there’s a disc below it, with a rod in the middle. The rod has threads, and two metal plates are screwed onto those threads – that’s the thing in question. Is the oil level at the mark H on the bracket?

If the new pump is in this condition, there is a problem with its design. If problems arise later, the lubricating oil will leak from the shaft seal onto the pump base, which is easy to detect; simply contact a maintenance technician to handle it.
