For slurry pumps, how is it ensured that the impeller nut rotates in the same direction, so as to prevent it from coming loose during rotation?
Most of them are anti-silk. The impeller nut of the magnetic pump in our house has reversed threads
There are also those with straight threads; the locking nuts for our fan impellers in the past used straight threads as well
There are four possible scenarios: one is that the manufacturer designed the thread direction incorrectly, or the designer didn’t consider this aspect at all； In two cases, the nuts have a reliable mechanism for loosening; in three cases, the design drawings are correct, but the manufacturing factory made errors during processing and refuses to correct them, opting instead to use the products at their own risk ； Four involve the risky use of used parts to reduce costs
Stop it, this type of pump doesn’t have an impeller nut.
