NCB type internal gear pump is used to transport resin with a viscosity of about 5000CP, containing benzene solvents such as xylene, with a temperature of about 120 degrees and an outlet pressure of 0.5MPa. This pump has a mechanical seal, but it is very easy to leak. I had considered using a magnetic internal gear pump before, but the pressure could not be increased, and it would easily generate heat when the pressure increased. Now consider whether to use a rotor pump.
The flow and head data can be matched with the high-viscosity barrel pump type screw pump and the high-precision stator and rotor.
Gear pumps are most suitable and replaced with packing seals.

For materials with a viscosity of 5000 mpa.s, the unit should be transported by a screw pump, and the machine seal flushing solution should be PLAN53A. If leakage occurs frequently, consider PLAN53B or C, which forces thermal cycling.
I think resin is more troublesome for mechanical seals. It is recommended to use packing for plunger pumps. Even if it leaks, just recycle it in time and fill it tightly.
