The cooling water used for cooling the batteries may carry sulfuric acid from the batteries into the circulation system; alkali is added regularly to neutralize it, keeping the pH around 4. Water is drawn from the pool, with a suction height of 1.5 meters. There are plans for a purchase in the near future, with a flow rate of 200 cubic meters/h and a head of 20m. In addition to the fluoroplastic-lined pumps mentioned above, here are two additional pieces of advice: 1) It is recommended to prefer models equipped with a flushing system for the mechanical seal, in order to prevent crystallization from causing blockages ； 2) Under a flow rate of 200 cubic meters per hour, make sure to verify that the required net positive suction head (NPSHr) of the pump is sufficient for the installation height of the tank. We use 316L stainless steel deep well pumps for similar operating conditions in our workshop; however, the concentration of the medium varies, so this is only for reference.
