Luer pump mechanical seals and detection and handling of mechanical seal leaks
The mechanical seal inspection is carried out via the pipe on the left side; upon disassembly, oil was found to be present continuously. Is it supposed to determine the leakage amount based on the flow rate?
Does the OP confirm? Generally, leak detection holes are located at the bottom; at least I’ve never seen them installed on the side. Moreover, your pipeline is angled upward (as can be seen in the photo). This one seems more like a double-seal flushing process; it’s recommended to take a full picture or check the manual.
Confirmed: All domestic pumps are located below, and the manual provides a brief explanation stating that it is used for measuring flow rate
Is there a sealed cross-section diagram? What are the labels near the two pipe openings? Q? D?
Isn’t this just a flushing pipeline? What medicine are you selling in this advertisement?
