The boiling pump in Hefei Huasheng Pump Valve’s fluidized bed residue hydroprocessing unit was successfully commissioned in one attempt. On January 9, 2026, Hefei Huasheng Pump Valve Co., Ltd. achieved another success! The boiling pumps P-104 and P-105, part of the 1.5 million tons per year fluidized-bed residue hydrogenation unit designed by Huasheng Pump Valve for Fuhai Chuang Petrochemical Co., Ltd., went through a month-long installation and commissioning process, and were finally brought online successfully in one attempt. All performance indicators met the design standards, allowing them to operate successfully right from the start. The boiling pump is the \"heart\" of the 1.5 million tons/year fluidized-bed residue hydrogenation unit; it is a key piece of equipment that operates under conditions of high temperature and pressure, along with the presence of solids and gases. This demands extremely high standards regarding the stability and reliability of its operation. Huasheng’s pump and valve technology team carried out a comprehensive customized design and precision manufacturing of the boiling pump.
