How can equipment technicians improve their technical skills? What aspects should they focus on?
Spend more time in the workshop and at the site during the day, and then return home at night to reflect on it in conjunction with theory; they complement each other
First, study and understand the truth through books, then put it into practice on-site; if there are mistakes, correct them, and if not, use it as an encouragement :D
Hard work can make up for lack of talent, but the ability to understand and digest information is even more important
I often talk with the workers on the front line, ask them about the problems they encounter at work, and then try to help them solve those problems; in the process of doing so, I naturally improve as well.
