Recently, the first high-flow, high-temperature insulated pump independently designed and manufactured by Heavy Pump Company passed the load-bearing heat test on-site at a foreign customer’s location in one attempt. This not only verifies the excellent performance of the equipment in high-temperature chemical applications, but also demonstrates that the company’s advanced equipment technology has withstood the strict tests of the international market. The conditions under which this thermal test was conducted were extremely demanding: the designed maximum temperature of the medium at the site was 200°C, and the equipment relied on an efficient insulation system to maintain the temperature in the diaphragm chamber within the range of 30–45°C. The operation was smooth throughout the process, with all specifications met, fully demonstrating the product’s excellent stability and reliability in high-temperature, continuous operation environments.
