Are there any local standards that classify pressure pipelines as major hazard sources?

Who has GB18212-2018? I would also like to ask about the specific requirements for classifying major hazard sources – are there any local standards that include pressure pipelines in the classification of major hazard sources?
I haven’t heard of it yet. Previously, the old standards included things like mine tailing ponds among the major hazard sources; later on, the focus shifted mainly to hazardous goods. I’ve never heard of pressure pipelines in this context.
The current standard is titled “Identification of Major Hazard Sources for Hazardous Chemicals”; therefore, the provisions related to boilers, pressure vessels, tailing ponds, etc., as specified in Document No. 56 (which has been repealed), are no longer in effect.
