Replies will be rewarded – discussions are welcome. ------------------------------------------- In the high-pressure components used in urea production plants within the fertilizer industry, due to the extreme temperatures, pressures, and corrosive conditions, the selection of materials, structural design, manufacturing techniques, and quality standards are all particularly demanding. As a result, the design and manufacturing technologies for the four key high-pressure components of urea production plants – namely the urea synthesis tower, CO2 stripping tower, total condensation reactor, and high-pressure washer – are held by just a few companies worldwide, with fewer than five such companies existing in China at present. It is evident that the manufacturing technology, production capacity, and quality standards of the four key components of urea high-pressure systems represent the highest level in the equipment manufacturing industry. On September 19, 2022, the high-pressure washers designed and manufactured by Sichuan Kexin Electromechanical for Yunnan Yuntianhua were loaded onto vehicles for shipment. The manufacturing quality of this equipment passed all inspections and tests conducted on-site by the customer; its product quality is excellent, earning high praise from the customer. Prior to this, the urea synthesis tower of Yunnan Xiangfeng Group, designed by China Wuhuan Engineering Co., Ltd. and manufactured by Kexin Electromechanical, exhibited excellent quality and has been operating well to this day. Kexin Electromechanical is using more advanced manufacturing technologies, newer engineering standards, and higher quality requirements to provide better products for urea production facilities.
