Recently, the Zhenhai Branch of the Ningbo Natural Resources and Planning Bureau conducted a public disclosure regarding the project proposed by Guodu Chemical (Ningbo) Co., Ltd.: the technical upgrade of a production line capable of producing 80,000 tons of polyether polyols and 40,000 tons of polymer polyols per year, as well as the adjustment of a production line designed to manufacture 32,000 tons of epoxy resins per year. Project Name: Technical renovation of the production line for 80,000 tons of polyether polyols and 40,000 tons of polymer polyols per year, along with the construction of a production line for 32,000 tons of epoxy resins.

It is understood that this project is located within the Guodu Chemical (Ningbo) factory complex in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. The land area covered by the project is 69,800 square meters, while the area occupied by buildings, structures, and equipment is 24,817.45 square meters. The total investment amount has not been disclosed. Plans are to increase production capacity by 80,000 tons of polyether polyol and 40,000 tons of polymer polyol through technological upgrades and expansions, and to build a new epoxy resin production line with a capacity of 32,000 tons. The construction work mainly involves the renovation and construction of units such as the direct method unit, salt plant, raw material tank area, production area tank area, epoxy circulating water station, auxiliary buildings, reuse tanks, and operation rooms. Technological innovation and market strategies: The technical upgrades to the production line with an annual capacity of 80,000 tons of polyether polyols and 40,000 tons of polymer polyols, as well as the capacity optimization of the epoxy resin production line with an annual capacity of 32,000 tons, represent Guodu Chemical’s efforts to fully leverage the synergies within the industrial chain, as well as its accurate understanding of industry market trends.
