Everyone should pay attention to safety and know how to handle emergencies. ********************************************* On June 18, 2023, the world’s first and largest 60-inch diameter cracking gas valve for the ethylene plant in Tianjin Nangang was successfully lifted and installed, laying a solid foundation for subsequent construction work. This 60-inch ultra-large-diameter pyrolysis gas valve was developed through a collaboration between Tianjin SEI Petrochemical and Engineering Co., Ltd. and Beijing Aerospace Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd.; Sijian Company was responsible for its lifting and installation. It is used in conjunction with the first domestically produced 200,000-ton/year single-chamber liquid feedstock pyrolyzer in the Nangang ethylene project. It represents the world’s largest hard-sealed pyrolysis gas valve and is a key piece of equipment for large-scale ethylene plants.
